| The Lillehammer Valley – 5 resorts 1 liftpass
Lillehammer Valley was famously the home to the 1994 Winter Olympic Games, and boasts five excellent ski resorts on one ski pass. Between Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Skeikampen, Gålå and Sjusjøen, the resorts hosted the slalom; the giant slalom, the downhill and the Super G. Hafjell and Kvitfjell are also regular stops on the World Cup tour. With over 110km of slopes and 41 ski lifts, Norwegian Wood Travel is the only tour operator to run excursions to all 5 resorts in the valley.
If you are used to Alpine resorts you will find Lillehammer Valley a treat. The first thing one notices is the absence of queues, and the great abundance of space. It is easy to feel that you have the mountain to yourself.
