Day I – to Tbilisi
- Arrival in Tbilisi;
- Transfer to the Hotel;
- Check-in at hotel;
- Resting for two or three hour;
- Breakfast at the Hotel;
Sightseeing in old Tbilisi:
- Fortress Narikhala the 4th – 20th cc main citadel of the city; Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and the Kura River.
- Fee Lunch with Tbilisi city cuisine;
- Visit wine cellar, testing Georgian wine;
- The Asian-type coloring baths built on the hot sulfur springs – a favorite place of Tbilisi citizens and foreign guests (A. Pushkin, A. Duma, A. Tolstoy); There you can take bath, massage and relax.
- Waking tour in Rustaveli avenue;
- Welcome Dinner in traditional Georgian restaurant with delicious food and wine tasting;
- Overnight in Tbilisi;
Day II – Kaheti region
- Breakfast at the Hotel;
- Bodbe monastery complexes (4th.c) holds the tomb of St Nino, the Cappadocia maiden who converted the Georgian people to Christianity as early as 337AD;
- Lunch in tradishtional Kaxetian restaurant Sagarejo with local wine and delicious food;
- Sighnaghi (18th.c) fortified town have a walk in narrow streets surrounded by the defensive walls with 23 towers. Here was a place where Georgian King used to gain the army before the battle. Visit local traditional bazaar to see carpets and souvenirs;
- We’ll visit local farmer‘s vineyard in Signagi, you will be able to taste different label of wine and local Georgian grape vodka – Chacha. Of course you will soon become acquainted with the traditions of the Georgian table – making toasts and drinking wine from special vessels.
- Overnight in Tbilisi;
Day III – Telavi
- Breakfast at the Hotel;
- In town Kvateli we will visit wine corporation “ Kindzmarauli “ where one of the famous Georgian wine is produced (wine Tasting);
- Lunch in restaurant with Kahetian food and wine;
- Telavi administrative and cultural centre of the region. Town sits on a hilltop above the Alazani valley with the Caucasus Mountains in the background. Sightseeing in the Royal castle, the pantheon and the Persian-style Palace of King Erekle II (18th c.);
- Tsinandali museum and wine cellar, one of the most remarkable country estates in Kakheti, Georgia. Tsinandali refers to four different phenomena: the Estate of Tsinandali, the village of Tsinandali, the Chavchavadze’s summer home, and several vintages of white wine. wine testing
- Dinner in Telavi restaurant with national foods and wine;
- Overnight in Tbilisi;
Day IV – Alaverdi Monastery;
- Breakfast at the Hotel;
- Alaverdi Monastery complex (11th c.) . Royal Summer Residence Late Middle Ages the one of the greatest constructions in Georgia. St George’s Church (11th.c) with fragments of mural paintings and lapidary inscriptions; wine cellar (15th.c); ( wine Tasting)
- Lunch in Telavi restaurant.
- Dinner in Tbilisi restaurant
- Romantic walk in night Tbilisi;
- Overnight in Tbilisi;
Day V Mtskheta
- Breakfast at the Hotel;
- Mtskheta (30 kl ) – ancient capital of Georgia. On the top of the hill, with amazing view conjunction of two rivers. Historical places:
- Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) the biggest Christian temple in Georgia – was erected in the in the same place where the first Christian church in Georgia stood in the 4th c. A sacred place where the robe of Christ is being kept – both Monastery are UNESCO World Heritage sites;
- Lunch with Kartli region cuisine (bean, cheese and mchadi, leek);
- Gori – the heart of Kartli region. Photo stop at Stalin’s house and statue;
- Uplistsikhe ancient cave town – museum (1st millennium BC). – Uplistsikhe in translation Fortress of God;
- Dinner in Gori restaurant with national foods and wine;
- Overnight in Tbilisi
Day VI Free day, leisure time and shopping
- Good by dinner in traditional Georgian restaurant with traditional folk songs and dancing and traditional Georgian Cuisine, wine tasting songs and dancing.
- Overnight in Tbilisi
Day VII – Transfer to Tbilisi airport.
